Monitoring is an integral part of the programme. It allows us to ensure projects stay on track and take action if projects are not performing. Continued Government funding depends on agreed targets being met.
All projects will be monitored quarterly against figures in the Delivery Schedule; this is the responsibility of the Project Manager at the Delivery Partner organisation. Completed forms should be returned to the Evaluation Manager by the deadlines below.
