Community Enterprise Officer

Two highly skilled and motivated officers are invited to join CVA's successful Community Enterprise & Support Service (Commensse) team, based at the CVA Resource Centre, 82 London Road, Croydon, CR0 2TB. 

Community Enterprise officers are responsible for raising awareness of community and social enterprise amongst the voluntary and community sector in Croydon and developing an enterprise culture amongst voluntary and community organisations.  The post holders should have a background in community development work and strong awareness of social enterprise or business support.  The post is currently funded by Croydon Enterprise until March 2010 but there is a strong likelihood of continuation funding for the post until March 2011.

Salary:

Full time, 36 hours. SCP 36-38 £31,452 - £33,177 inc OLW plus pension

Part time, 22 hours. SCP 36-38 PRO RATA, £19,220.67 - £20,274.83 inc OLW plus pension
